Mend Condition works well on Hero monks, because they will always meet the condition for the bonus effect. However, it cannot be used on the monk himself, so you need to work around that, either by having a second Mend Condition monk, or some other method of condition removal, or just living with the limitation.

Well, you really need to conserve your other slots for more important skills, so even though Condition Removals may not be able to defeat teams that are condition heavy, it will at least relieve some pressure.
